Lift Supervisor

At Phoenix Gray, we are currently recruiting for a confident and experienced Lift Supervisor to join our reputable construction client based in the vibrant area of Barbican, London. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on a busy construction site, overseeing safe lifting operations and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations. As a cornerstone of site productivity, your expertise will ensure that lifting activities are carried out smoothly and efficiently, with an unwavering commitment to safety and precision. Your responsibilities will include supervising lifting operations, specifically handling gate parts, and coordinating with the team to maintain high safety standards at all times.

Valid CPCS A40A ticket covering all types of lifts and load capacities

Current site safety medical clearance

Experience in supervising lifting operations on construction sites

Ability to sling gate parts and ensure correct rigging techniques

Strong understanding of health and safety legislation related to lifting activities

Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage site teams effectively
