How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Acosta Europe is on an exciting growth journey — and we're looking for a highly strategic, commercially minded Chief of Staff to partner directly with our President and help shape the future of our organisation.

This is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal role at the heart of a dynamic, fast‑paced, and customer‑focused business. You'll be the President's trusted advisor, a driver of operational excellence, and the connector who brings our leadership team together around the right priorities at the right time.

    About the Role

As Chief of Staff, you will act as a strategic force multiplier — ensuring clarity, alignment, and execution across Acosta Europe. You'll lead high‑impact initiatives, drive organisational effectiveness, improve client outcomes, and enhance leadership communication and decision‑making.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, thinks several steps ahead, and is energised by delivering results through influence, collaboration, and exceptional operational discipline.

    Key Responsibilities

    Strategic Leadership & Execution

Partner with the President to define, prioritise, and deliver strategic initiatives.

Translate business goals into actionable plans with clear KPIs and timelines.

Lead transformation and cross‑functional projects that elevate performance and client value.

    Executive Support & Governance

Shape leadership agendas, prepare briefings, and manage follow‑up on actions.

Act as a trusted advisor and sounding board to the President.

Strengthen alignment with Acosta US, the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), and Global Leadership Team (GLT).

    Client & Business Performance

Monitor commercial performance, market trends, and client health metrics.

Identify insights, risks, and opportunities to enhance business outcomes.

Support the optimisation of client relationship management processes.

    Communication, Engagement & Change Management

Drive internal communications around strategy, transformation, and organisational updates.

Champion change initiatives and lead impact assessments and readiness planning.

Foster collaboration and alignment across the leadership team and wider business.

Enhance Acosta Europe's external profile through professional, digital‑first communication.

    Project Delivery & Cross‑Functional Coordination

Lead key programmes from concept through execution.

Align cross‑functional teams to ensure delivery excellence.

Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.

Promote continuous improvement and innovation across the organisation.

What we are Looking for in our Chief of Staff

We're looking for someone who brings a powerful blend of strategic insight and operational excellence.

    You will be:

A highly strategic thinker with a strong bias for action

An exceptional communicator and influencer at senior levels

Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle sensitive information

    Resilient, proactive, and solutions‑orientated

Skilled at simplifying complexity and driving clarity

Collaborative, adaptable, and energised by positive change

    Experience & Skills

Extensive experience in senior leadership support, strategy, or operational roles (e.g., Chief of Staff, Strategy Director).

Strong understanding of FMCG, retail, or agency environments.

Proven ability to manage complex cross‑functional projects.

    Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Experience in organisational transformation and change management.
