Must have’s
* Understanding of commercial insurance policies including but not limited to Commercial Vehicle, Fleet, Employers and Public Liability, Goods In Transit, and Commercial Combined
* Experience working in a similar insurance or broking role
* Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Friendly and approachable personality
* Ability to adapt to client requirements with patience and understanding

* Communicating effectively with both clients and underwriters
* Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with clients and insurers
* Supporting clients with their commercial insurance requirements
