    * Assist in the development, maintenance, and review of provision maps and intervention logs

    * Collect, organise and maintain confidential SEND documentation and records

    * Support the SENCO in gathering, monitoring and collating evidence required for EHCP applications, including:

    * Assessments and progress data

    * Observations and intervention outcomes

    * Records of support strategies used

    * Reports from staff, parents/carers, and external agencies

    * Liaise professionally with teachers, support staff, parents and outside professionals

    * Assist in organising and scheduling SEND reviews, meetings and communication

    * Help promote inclusive practice across the school and ensure barriers to learning are identified and reduced

    We Are Looking For Someone Who:

    * Has proven and substantial experience working with children with SEND

    * Level 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning - or anything relevant

    * Can demonstrate a strong understanding of SEND needs, approaches to support, and inclusive practice

    * Is confident in supporting assessment and intervention processes

    * Has excellent organisation, accuracy and attention to detail

    * Communicates clearly and professionally with a range of stakeholders

    * Is proactive, reflective, and willing to develop their expertise

    About Supply Heroes:

    * Excellent rates of pay on PAYE

    * Around the clock support whenever you need it

    * Commitment to a quality of service and safeguarding

    * Support with any interviews and lesson observations

    * Transparency and honesty

    * Exclusive job roles around the West Midlands
