Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of architects and designers.

Ensure quality procedures are maintained across all projects.

Contribute to the growth and strategic direction of the department as part of the leadership team.

Deliver high-standard residential designs with meticulous attention to detail.
*
Apply thorough knowledge of Building Regulations, Accessible Design, and technical detailing.

Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, solicitors, and Planning/Building Control Authorities using a practical problem-solving approach.
*
Utilize AutoCAD and NBS Specification for project delivery.
*
Contract administration experience is advantageous.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have:

Proven leadership experience in architecture or residential design.
*
Strong residential design skills and an eye for detail.
*
Deep understanding of Building Regulations and Accessible Design principles.
*
Confidence in engaging stakeholders with clear and authoritative communication.
*
Experience with AutoCAD (minimum 3 years) and NBS Specification.
*
Contract administration experience (preferred).
*
Full UK driving licence.
*
Willingness to undergo DBS check.
*
Ability to reliably commute or relocate before starting work.
