PK Education is currently recruiting for a confident and reliable Cover Supervisor to work full time in a SEN school in Newcastle.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a specialist setting and is confident leading classes independently while supporting students with additional needs.

About The Role:

Supervising classes in the absence of the class teacher

Delivering pre-set work and ensuring students remain engaged

Managing classroom behaviour effectively

Supporting students within a SEN environment

Maintaining a positive and structured learning atmosphere

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Strong classroom management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Confidence leading a classroom independently

A flexible, proactive and adaptable approach

Experience working within SEN settings (desirable)
