About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled Floor Layer to join our Integrated Services team, delivering high-quality flooring installations on commercial projects and retail fit-outs across the South East.
Where travel is required, the company will cover hotel, food, and fuel costs to make your work as smooth as possible.
Key Responsibilities

Install a variety of flooring types including vinyl, LVT, carpet tiles, safety flooring and specialist finishes
*
Prepare and level substrates before installation
*
Work to drawings, specifications, and programme deadlines
*
Deliver high-quality finishes on all projects
*
Maintain health & safety and excellent housekeeping standards
*
Communicate effectively with site supervisors, clients, and project teams
Skills & Experience
*
Proven experience as a Floor Layer, preferably in commercial or retail fit-out environments
*
Skilled in multiple flooring systems and substrate preparation
*
Able to read drawings and follow specifications
*
Attention to detail, reliability, and professionalism
*
CSCS card and UK driving licence preferred
