We are currently recruiting for an experienced Profile Burner to join a busy and well-established site in Birtley.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled candidate looking for long-term work with the potential to secure a permanent contract.
Key Responsibilities:

Profile cutting of steel plate to specification
*
Working from technical drawings
*
Operating profile burning equipment safely and efficiently
*
Maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy
Requirements:
*
Proven experience in profile cutting of steel plate (essential)
*
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*
Good understanding of health & safety procedures
Desirable:
*
Valid Forklift Truck Licence
*
Overhead Crane licence
This role is offered on a temporary to permanent basis and offers competitive hourly pay at Ā£15.22 per hour. Dayshift is standard, however there is flexibility to accommodate candidates who prefer nightshift. Nightshift comes with a Ā£20 per shift uplift.
