The Role:
* Managing the full 360 recruitment lifecycle within the Automotive sector.
* Building long-term relationships with dealerships, manufacturers, and independent garages.
* Sourcing high-calibre talent through our extensive database and premium job boards.
* Negotiating offers and closing deals in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
What You’ll Need:
* Experience: A background in Recruitment (any sector) OR experience in B2B/B2C Sales or the Automotive industry.
* The "It" Factor: A confident, persuasive phone manner and the ability to build rapport quickly.
