Senior Chartered Building Surveyor - Residential - manchester

You’ll be working on:

* Project Management & Contract Administration of high-profile workspace fit-outs and refurbishments with contract values ranging from £50K up to £20M.

* General commercial building surveying duties including Acquisition Surveys, Schedules of Condition and Project Monitoring.

* Preparing and negotiating Schedules of Dilapidations, on behalf of both landlords and tenants.

* Our clients vary from corporate occupiers and SMEs, to private equity investors and landlords.

* You’ll also contribute to the success and growth of the wider business, including business development, pitching for new business, networking and PR.

Technical Requirements

* A minimum of 5 years post qualification experience.

* Experience working for a commercial Building Consultancy practice.

* Experience of Contract Administration and Cost Control.

* Experience of the Law of Dilapidations.

* Working knowledge and experience administering the JCT suite of contracts
