Site Manager - Design & Build

The Company:

We are working with a well-established, regional contractor who are a leading name in their field. They typically deliver schemes valued to £10m in the Education, Commercial and Leisure sectors.

They have asked us to source a Site Manager to work on New Build design and build leisure schemes in Greater Manchester and Cheshire.

The Role/You:

They are looking to meet with local individuals who have a proven track record working as a Site Manager for a regional building contractor, ideally on schemes similar to those mentioned above.

You will be based in or able to travel to Greater Manchester & Cheshire on a daily basis.

You will have experience leading a new build design and build scheme valued up to £5m.

You will hold a valid SMSTS & First Aid certificate.
