    Job description

    We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to become part of our expanding team. You will collaborate closely with financial consultants to support the administration and ongoing management of pension and personal wealth client portfolios. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on taking ownership, working collaboratively, and consistently delivering an outstanding client experience.

    Key responsibilities:

    * Manage and administer a caseload of pension and personal wealth clients

    * Offer daily operational support to financial consultants to ensure client accounts function seamlessly

    * Respond to client enquiries in a professional, prompt and courteous manner while upholding high service standards

    * Prepare necessary documentation, manage workflows and organise meetings

    * Carry out all tasks in accordance with internal procedures and current regulatory standards

    * Keep abreast of industry developments, regulatory updates and complete relevant training as required

    What we are looking for:

    * At least 3 years’ experience working in financial services administration, preferably in pensions or personal wealth management

    * Solid understanding of financial products and the administration of client portfolios

    * Previous experience assisting senior consultants or leadership teams would be highly desirable

    * Outstanding communication skills and a strong client-service orientation

    * Highly organised, meticulous attention to detail, and proactive approach to problem-solving

    * Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and perform effectively both independently and within a team environment
    Salary description

    £28000.00 - £35000.00 per year
