PPM / General Maintenance Operative – Commercial FM
Covering the Yorkshire region
Up to £17.55 per hour plus OT at x 1.5 & x 2 + Paid Travel at 1.5
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Organise and deliver electrical and mechanical PPM, in-line with an agreed planner – emergency light testing, fire alarm tests, water temperature checks, filter changes.
* Ensure PPM compliance is maintained, and all certification and frequencies are met in-line with the planner.
* Deliver great customer service and maintain an excellent working relationship with the clients.
* Hold a good knowledge of Health & Safety to ensure safe delivery of work.
What We’re Looking For:
* A solid all-rounder with experience in commercial FM or building maintenance
* UK driving licence holder & eligible to work in the UK
What’s In It For You:
* Base salary of £34,403 - £36,504 on a 40-hour week
* All travel is paid at time and a half.
