A Package Built for Longevity
* Financial Reward: A competitive wage of $100k–$120k (DOE) plus Bonus.
* Immediate Cover: Professional liability, MVMA/CVMA dues provided.

* Room to Grow: $2,000 annual CPD allowance and five days of paid study leave.
* The Rota: A standard 5-day week with zero mandated on-call, giving clinicians the freedom to choose their own pace.
* After hours: If you want to work after hours, you will receive 100% of the emergency fee.
