🏡 About the Role
We’re looking for dedicated and compassionate Domiciliary Care Assistants to join our team supporting individuals in their own homes across the Weymouth area.
You’ll be helping people live independently, safely, and with dignity — providing essential care, companionship, and support with daily routines.
🕓 Working Hours & Shifts
We’re offering two flexible contract options:

30–40 hours per week
*
15–20 hours per week
Shifts are split between:
*
Mornings: 07:00 – 14:00
*
Afternoons: 16:00 – 22:00
We’re looking for carers who can work both shift patterns and commit to at least two weekend shifts per month.
💬 Your Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality personal care and support in clients’ homes
*
Assist with medication, meal preparation, and mobility
*
Promote independence and emotional wellbeing
*
Keep accurate records and communicate effectively with the care team
*
Provide companionship and help clients maintain their quality of life
✅ Requirements
*
Full UK Driving Licence – essential
(A car can be provided daily if you do not have one)
*
Previous care experience is desirable but not essential – full training provided
*
A kind, reliable, and patient nature
*
Right to work in the UK
