My client is a privately owned specialist in the Polymer Resin industry, with a solid reputation across Formula 1, Oil & Gas, and Rail sectors. With decades of expertise and a spotless safety record, we don’t just manufacture high-performance materials — we build high-performing teams.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

From day one, you’ll be hands-on in our modern, clean production environment:

* Completing tasks based on job sheets

* Picking, moving, and preparing product pallets

* Mixing and decanting products with precision

* Quality testing finished batches

* Coordinating with dispatch and keeping your area safe and clean

You’ll be supported with on-the-job training, and as your confidence grows, so will your responsibilities.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

* Experience in a factory, warehouse, or production environment

* Great attention to detail — accuracy matters

* A proactive, can-do attitude

* FLT Reach licence? Great! If not, we’ll help you get certified

* Reliability and teamwork are a must
