Zen Educate is looking for enthusiastic, caring, and motivated Nursery Assistants and Teaching Assistants to join schools and nurseries in the Blackwood area.

Whether you’re an experienced TA or Nursery Assistant, or looking to grow your career in education, we want to hear from you. Candidates with a Childcare Level 3 qualification are preferred, but we welcome motivated individuals with relevant experience and a love of working with children.
Key Responsibilities
* Support children’s learning and development in the classroom or nursery setting
* Assist teachers and nursery staff with planning and delivering activities
* Supervise children during indoor and outdoor play
* Support personal care, feeding, and hygiene needs when required
* Encourage positive behaviour and promote a safe, inclusive environment
* Work collaboratively as part of the team to meet the needs of all children
What We’re Looking For
* Experience working with children in a nursery, school, or similar setting
* Patience, empathy, and a positive, nurturing approach
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Childcare Level 3 qualification preferred (but not essential)
* Commitment to safeguarding and supporting children’s wellbeing
