What you’ll do
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll learn how to manage the full recruitment process from start to finish, working with schools, colleges and training providers across the UK. You’ll be trained to:
* Develop new business and build strong client relationships
* Source and interview candidates
* Match the right people to the right roles
* Manage placements, offers and negotiations
* Work towards clear targets with support from your team and manager
