The Role
We are looking for a skilled Plasterer / Multi Trader to join their responsive maintenance team, working across social housing properties in South London. The role involves carrying out a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks, with plastering as the main trade.
Key Responsibilities:

Plastering repairs and finishes to a high standard
*
Carrying out additional trades as required (e.g. basic carpentry, tiling, decorating)
*
Delivering responsive maintenance in occupied and void properties
*
Ensuring all works are completed on time, safely, and to company standards
*
Providing excellent customer service to tenants and clients
Requirements:
*
Proven experience as a Plasterer / Multi Trader
*
Previous experience in social housing / responsive maintenance preferred
*
Full UK driving licence
*
Strong customer service skills
