What skills should you have?
* A positive and driven attitude & a keen desire to positively impact students learning journey
* A strong classroom presence and confidence in managing behaviour, keeping classes on track with lesson plans
* Calmness and positivity when faced with challenging situations, adaptability to cover a range of subjects
* Experience of working with children ie any type of sports coach
What will my responsibilities be?
* Delivering pre-prepared lessons plans across a range of different subjects and age groups, covering KS3 and KS4
* Upholding the schools behaviour policy and ensuring you maintain a positive and productive learning environment
* Keeping students engaged and on task, offering additional support where necessary
