Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the design and pre-construction phases for a range of M&E projects.
* Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure optimal project delivery.
* Manage the coordination of M&E services, ensuring compliance with regulations and technical requirements.
* Develop cost-effective solutions and support the preparation of bids and tenders.
* Ensure smooth handover of projects from design to construction phase.
* Lead a team of engineers, designers, and estimators to achieve project goals.
