NG Teach are looking for a full time SEN Teaching Assistant to start ASAP.
The school is based in Nottingham, and the position is on going with the chance of becoming permanent if desired.
Ideal candidates must have:
Experience working 1:1 or in a classroom with SEN pupils
A strong understanding of Autism and the complex needs of students with Autism
The desire to inspire and motivate pupils of the school
Adaptability and be willing to undertake a range of tasks
Successful candidates will be able to work as part of a team and also lead 1:1 sessions with challenging pupils. They must show strong will and determinism to make a difference to the lives and education of these pupils.
Safeguarding and other SEN qualification or certificates are desirable but not essential. These posts involve working with pupils of varying ages from 4-18.
Some positions may involve giving personal care to a certain degree for the right candidate.
