How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

Graduate & Experienced Graduate Program - London Office or Manchester

We are expanding our 2026 graduate programme and are currently seeking additional candidates to join the next intake.

Please note that if you have already applied to us this year, we kindly ask that you wait at least nine months before submitting a new application.

    Our Firm

CF Corporation is a global leader in human capital and technology, with a track record of operating, investing, and advising since 1982. Today, the group spans 119 countries through a network of 30 companies, structured across four core pillars:

    • Human Capital: Delivering leadership advisory and talent management solutions that enable organisations to build and develop high-performing teams
    • Technology: Providing advanced digital capabilities across areas such as artificial intelligence, data, cybersecurity, and cloud infrastructure
    • Investments: Managing proprietary capital through our investment platform, deploying funds across public and private markets while working closely with our corporate finance arm
    • Philanthropy: Supporting global welfare and education initiatives for children, with a long-term ambition to become a fully sustainable, self-funded foundation

    Our Graduate Program

CF Corporation’s London-based Graduate Programme is a structured, three-year development pathway designed to identify high-potential individuals and accelerate them into well-rounded, commercially effective professionals.

    The programme is open to:

    • Final-year undergraduate students
    • Graduates with up to three years of professional experience at the time of application

Participants gain exposure across CF Corporation’s portfolio of 30 businesses, working across multiple industries and operating at the intersection of advisory, investment, and operational roles. From day one, you will contribute to live projects, working on real client engagements with tangible outcomes.

The programme offers flexibility in how you build your experience. You may choose to specialise within a single function over the full three years or rotate across three different functions, spending one year in each.

    Available pathways include:

    • Finance & Accounting – Address complex financial challenges across a global portfolio of businesses
    • Philanthropy – Support and develop initiatives focused on education and welfare in Africa, including operational and strategic programme delivery
    • Private Equity – Source, evaluate, and execute investment opportunities using proprietary capital
    • Research & Business Analysis – Generate insights through data analysis, market research, and strategic evaluation, including equity research
    • Strategy & Leadership Consulting – Advise clients on strategic direction and leadership effectiveness
    • Human Capital – Deliver advisory and implementation projects across a broad range of HR and talent solutions
    • Digital Technologies – Work on commercial and technical solutions across key areas such as data, AI, and digital transformation
    • Investment Banking – Capital Markets Trading – Contribute to investment decisions across equities, fixed income, commodities, and currencies within a diversified portfolio
    • Investment Banking – Corporate Finance – Support M&A and capital raising transactions in collaboration with our corporate finance platform
    • Marketing, Sales & Commercial – Develop marketing strategies, drive revenue growth, and structure commercial solutions for clients

As a global firm, we hire graduates at one prime location as your stationed country. You then have the option to remain at your stationed country or relocate to any of our global locations throughout the program for up to three locations that includes your stationed country: https://thecfcorp.com/find-local-office/

    Your Focus

You will analyse real business situations and contribute clear, practical solutions aligned to CF Corporation’s strategic priorities. This includes working through ambiguity, adapting quickly, learning fast, and delivering work that moves things forward.

You will work closely with experienced colleagues across the business, bringing fresh perspective where it adds value. From the outset, you’ll be involved in meaningful initiatives with genuine responsibility – developing your judgement, capability, and confidence by doing the work, not observing it.

    Our Requirements

You can take in information quickly, make sense of it, and form a clear point of view. You approach problems with structure and judgement, and you are comfortable making decisions with imperfect data.

You bring pace, resilience, and follow-through, and you work effectively with others without needing excessive direction. You can hold your own in professional conversations, listen to alternative perspectives, and use them to sharpen thinking and outcomes rather than dilute them.

This role suits people who are curious, commercially minded, and prepared to be accountable for the quality of their work.

You must have completed your degree by the time you are part of our program.

We consider any degree or subject and although your grade indicates your ability to absorb data and apply it, your degree grade does not influence your chance of applying to us and being interviewed.

    Process

Data: We hire graduates throughout the year. Your initial step is to apply to our program with your LinkedIn profile. We do not require a CV or covering letter.

Feedback: Due to the sheer number of people that apply to us, we are unfortunately unable to provide feedback. Rest assured, we will review your application with care and you can reapply to us after at least 12 months has passed but not before this time. We believe this is sufficient time for an individual to show compelling change. Please apply to us directly via Linkedin and do not reach out to our people directly whether general questions or about this process. This is to ensure our process is streamlined through a single channel and ensure fairness for all that apply without bias.

Interview: We will invite you for an initial interview with our HR team, followed by a call with one of our Partners across our firm. We will not ask you technical questions, but we will better understand your capacity to think, motivation and life experience.

Subject to the initial interview round, the second round will require you to attend our one day event at one of our locations, where we have you be part of exercises involving other applicants. We look at how you interact with people, form solutions, manage ambiguity and work as a team for a common result. We run these rounds once per month and usually invite six people to attend at each of our global locations. Naturally, we will cover all expenses related to your process with us. Feedback is presented to you at the end of the exercise and potentially an unconditional offer.

    Reward Structure

    • An annual base salary of starting salary £70,000 and up, depending on years of experience and degree level (Bachelor, Master, PhD)
    • Bonus program of on-target bonus of 20% of base salary and up to 100% for high-achievers
    • Accelerated career progression over three years with up to 20 % annual increase in base salary per annum based upon personal performance
    • Hybrid working is embedded in the fabric of our firm. Depending upon your role, we offer work from home, office or hybrid elsewhere for a period of time.
    • Full healthcare including dental coverage for self and if you have an immediate family
    • Pension program with a non-contributory scheme of 12% of base salary per annum and options how your pension is invested with our preferred asset manager
    • Relocation is provided by the company for personal items and accommodation for the first six months upon joining
    • Opportunity to take one career break for up to six months and use this time for self or other
    • You will have a dedicate mentor for your career development pathway, built around real work, feedback, and exposure to senior leaders

This programme is designed for people who want pace, exposure, and accountability. Our reward program is structured for those that understand the level of performance required.
