Senior Estimator

A great opportunity for a Senior Estimator looking towards "the Next step". Our client is a tier one contractor, operating across all sectors of the built environment. The company has a thriving and profitable business, and as part of the group's progressive plans for further regional networks means there are additional opportunities in the pre construction team. 

Requirements

This opportunity is for a Senior Estimator, likely to have been in a Senior role for the last few years, and keen to join a business with future potential to take responsibility for a team. You will have experience in managing multi disciplinary construction projects if medium size (£10m - £40m) and all associated activities from inception to site setup, working with the Bid Technical, commercial & Project Management teams. 

You will be responsible for all aspects of pre construction leadership, teamwork, management of resources and contract negotiations, reporting to the business unit Director. 

You will be qualified to at least HNC standard and have a demonstrable track record of work winning and technical competency in a tier one environment.
