Lead, train, and support the butchery team

Ensure high standards of product quality, presentation, and hygiene

Provide expert advice and service to customers

Manage stock levels, ordering, and minimise waste

Monitor sales performance and support profitability
About You
*
Fully qualified butcher (City & Guilds or equivalent)
*
Experience managing a butcher counter or retail butchery team
*
Strong knowledge of meat preparation, cuts, and food safety (HACCP)
*
Excellent customer service and communication skills
