Quantity Surveyor – Exciting Opportunity
We’re recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established organisation delivering large-scale planned and responsive works. This role offers long-term stability, exposure to complex projects, and genuine career progression.
The Role
You’ll take full commercial responsibility for projects, ensuring strong cost control, compliance, and value for money. Working with clients, operational teams, and contractors, you’ll manage budgets, pricing, forecasting, and project delivery from start to final account.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects commercially from inception to completion
- Scope, price, and value works using established frameworks
- Oversee budgets, forecasting, and cost reporting
- Handle change control, risk, and financial governance
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and supply chain
Essential Requirements
- Proven Quantity Surveying experience in social housing
- Strong knowledge of pricing frameworks
- Background in property maintenance, FM, or construction
- Degree qualified (or equivalent experience)
- Excellent commercial and stakeholder management skills
