We’re hiring: Facilities & Property Co-ordinator
We’re looking for a highly organised and solutions-focused Facilities & Property Co-ordinator to support the smooth running of our sites across retail and manufacturing environments.
This is a key role where you will act as the link between the business and external property and facilities providers, ensuring our sites remain safe, compliant, and operating efficiently.
In this role, you will:
- Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites
- Act as the main point of contact for external contractors and service providers
- Track and manage maintenance requests, defects, and remedial works
- Support property management activities, including leasing coordination and site transitions
- Oversee asset storage, movements, and lifecycle management
- Support compliance across health & safety, food safety, and statutory requirements
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience in facilities, property coordination, or site services
- Is confident managing contractors and external stakeholders
- Brings strong organisation and attention to detail
- Is comfortable working across fast-paced, operational environments
- Takes a practical, hands-on and solutions-driven approach
Location: Home-based with some travel between sites
