The Role
As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in driving business performance, providing insight, and challenging stakeholders to improve outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with operational and commercial teams to drive performance and support strategic decision-making
- Delivering insightful analysis on revenue, margins, and key business drivers
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes
- Building and enhancing KPI reporting to improve visibility and accountability
- Challenging assumptions and providing actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Supporting business cases, investment appraisals, and strategic initiatives
About You
- Fully qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
- Proven experience in a Finance Business Partnering or FP&A role
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools is advantageous
- Proactive, inquisitive, and confident in challenging the status quo
