Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leaders to deliver a proactive, commercially focused HR service
- Act as a trusted advisor on all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including performance, engagement, and organisational effectiveness
- Lead on complex Employee Relations matters, providing clear, pragmatic guidance in high-pressure situations
- Support workforce planning and organisational design to meet rapidly evolving business demands
- Drive talent management initiatives, including succession planning and high-potential development
- Coach and influence managers to build high-performing, accountable teams
- Support change and transformation projects, ensuring minimal disruption in a fast-paced setting
- Analyse people data to identify trends and provide actionable insights
- Ensure HR policies and practices are aligned with business objectives and employment legislation
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner within a fast-paced, high-performance environment (e.g., engineering, automotive, technology, or similar)
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills at a senior level
- High levels of resilience, adaptability, and emotional intelligence
- Experience supporting organisational change and transformation initiatives
- CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) preferred
