Care Coordinator - Reed Talent Solutions
Location: Liverpool - L1 2SA
Hybrid: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home
Salary: £26k-£28k
We’re looking for a warm, organised and proactive Care Coordinator to join our team in Liverpool. If you enjoy supporting people, keeping projects moving, and building great client relationships, this could be a brilliant fit.
What you’ll be doing:
- Staying in touch with clients throughout each project and gathering their feedback
- Checking in with consultants to support consistent service
- Helping clients get set up on the new YPO
- Running exit meetings to capture insight and improve future work
- Completing contract audits and managing extension paperwork, including IR35
- Keeping track of project budgets and key financials
- Supporting project reports and summaries
- Spotting opportunities to introduce clients to more of our services
- Leading onboarding for new clients and team members
- Managing equipment returns and change requests
- Chasing PO numbers and keeping everything running smoothly
