Blair West are working with a digital marking agency in who are going through a period of growth and are looking for a Customer Support Team Lead.
The company are a online gameing and betting industry based in the centre of Newcastle.
As they grow they will be expanding the customer support functions to ensure they deliver high quality player experinces while meeting their regulatory obligations.
The opportunity:
- In this role you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Customer Support team. This role plays and important part in ensuring a positive player experience.
- You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of customer support.
- Supporting agents in resolving account payments, gameplay and general service queries.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
- Provide coaching, feedback and operational support to the Customer Service agents.
You’ll be the ideal candidate for this position if you have:
- Previous experience in customer support operations ideally in the iGaming sector, although other fast-paced, regulated sectors may also be considered.
- Proven experience managing a team.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage customer interactions.
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
- Excellent time management.
