    Associate Civil Infrastructure Engineer

    London | Civil Engineering | Multidisciplinary Infrastructure

    A leading global engineering consultancy is seeking an Associate Civil Infrastructure Engineer to join their UK Infrastructure Group in London. The role focuses on delivering integrated civil infrastructure solutions across the full project lifecycle, from planning to design and implementation, for both UK and international developments.

    The Role

    The successful candidate will manage multidisciplinary infrastructure projects, oversee civil design, and support the delivery of innovative solutions that prioritise sustainability and modern engineering methods. You will play a key part in resource planning, financial monitoring, and helping the team maintain technical excellence.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and deliver civil infrastructure projects from concept to construction
    • Manage team workload, mentor junior engineers, and support staff development
    • Prepare and review technical reports, specifications, and schedules
    • Support work‑winning activities and client engagement
    • Promote quality, sustainability, and continuous improvement

    Skills & Experience

    • Strong background in infrastructure design (Highways, Utilities, or SuDS)
    • Experience delivering multidisciplinary international projects
    • Ability to lead and motivate teams with strong communication skills
    • Proficient in AutoCAD, Civils 3D, and MicroDrainage
    • Member of a relevant professional institution
    • Willingness to travel
