The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced recruiter to lead and grow our NPD & Technical offering within our thriving Operations team.
This is a high-profile opportunity to shape and develop a key area of our business, working with an established client base while driving new business and expanding the practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and grow the NPD & Technical recruitment desk
- Develop and execute a clear strategy to expand TalentPool’s presence in this space
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients while winning new business
- Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver high-quality recruitment solutions
- Source and place talent across NPD, R&D, technical, and broader operations roles
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates alike
- Drive revenue growth and contribute to overall team performance
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in NPD & Technical recruitment is advantageous, but not essential - broader experience across Operations & Supply Chain recruitment will also be strongly considered
- Proven track record in business development and desk growth
- Ability to build deep, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders
- Commercial mindset with a results-driven approach
- Credibility, gravitas, and the ability to operate as a trusted partner
