💸£55,000 - £60,000 + 10% bonus + shares

We’re partnering with a growing, D2C food brand redefining how customers experience high‑quality, culturally rich food at home. With strong customer loyalty, a clear brand point of view, and exciting growth ambitions, the business is now investing in sharper operations and more robust supply chain foundations to support its next chapter.

You’ll be instrumental in building calmer, clearer, and more scalable supply chain processes, bringing structure to a complex, fast‑moving operation while maintaining flexibility and quality.

This is a hands‑on opportunity to join a mission‑driven team where operational excellence directly protects customer experience, margin, and brand integrity.

What skills do you need to have?

⭐ Experience in supply chain, operations or production (FMCG or food).

⭐ High proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and confidence working with data, timelines, and scenarios.

⭐ You understand how operations, margin and customer experience connect, and you know

how to simplify without flattening quality.

⭐ Highly organised, proactive, and process‑oriented, with strong attention to detail.

⭐ An excellent communicator who flags risks early and brings calm, practical solutions.
