Some of the key responsibilities of the Residential Conveyancer role include
- You’ll have the opportunity to manage a broad caseload including purchase, re-mortgage, freehold, leasehold etc
- Building relationships with existing clients as well as developing relationships with introduces via networking, marketing etc
- Strong technical and administrative skills able to adhere to the SRA code of conduct
- Deliver an excellent client experience throughout
The successful candidate will have
- Qualified Residential Conveyancer or Solicitor with previous experience in a similar role.
- Ability and interest in mentoring and coaching junior colleagues
- Good collaborator with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong business development experience
- Excellent communication and IT skills
