About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Technology Talent Acquisition Business Partner to play a pivotal role in delivering high‑quality permanent hiring solutions across our Technology function. This is a strategic, hands‑on role that partners closely with senior Technology and business leaders, providing expert recruitment guidance and shaping hiring strategies that support both short‑ and long‑term business objectives.
You will be responsible for building strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders, leading complex end‑to‑end recruitment activity, and ensuring we attract and secure high‑calibre technology talent in an increasingly competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership & Stakeholder Management
- Partner closely with senior Technology leaders to understand current and future hiring needs, workforce plans, and capability requirements
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing clear, commercially focused recruitment advice and challenge where appropriate
- Build and maintain strong internal relationships, ensuring stakeholders are supported with insight, transparency, and consistent delivery
End‑to‑End Recruitment Delivery
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for permanent Technology roles, from initial role scoping through to offer management and onboarding
- Ensure recruitment processes are efficient, scalable, and deliver a high‑quality candidate experience at every touchpoint
- Manage multiple roles simultaneously, prioritising effectively in a fast‑paced environment
Talent Attraction & Market Insight
- Develop and execute direct sourcing strategies to attract high‑calibre technology talent across a range of skillsets
- Use market mapping and research techniques to identify talent pools and hiring opportunities
- Provide up‑to‑date market intelligence on talent trends, competitor activity, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices to inform decision‑making
Data, Insight & Continuous Improvement
- Influence hiring decisions through data‑driven insights, including recruitment metrics, time‑to‑hire, and market availability
- Ensure consistent application of recruitment best practices across the Technology function
- Actively identify and implement opportunities to improve recruitment processes, tools, and ways of working to enhance delivery and stakeholder satisfaction
About You
- Proven experience in a Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Business Partner role, ideally supporting Technology or highly technical functions
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence and advise at senior levels
- Demonstrated experience delivering high‑quality permanent hiring in a competitive, candidate‑led market
- Consultative, data‑driven, and solutions‑focused approach
- Passionate about candidate experience, employer brand, and building diverse, high‑performing teams
