Sataya Collection is exclusively representing a high-profile principal based in Chelsea, London in the search for an exceptional Travelling Personal Assistant.
This is a rare opportunity to support a highly visible principal with a fast-paced international lifestyle, travelling frequently between residences in London and Los Angeles, alongside additional travel, including time spent on the principals private yacht.
The role will suit an exceptionally polished, discreet, and emotionally intelligent individual who is confident operating across private households, travel, and high-expectation lifestyle environments. Prior experience supporting a high-profile individual, UHNW principal, celebrity, founder, or private client in a similar travelling PA capacity would be highly advantageous, with previous Chief Stewardess experience viewed favourably.
Working pattern is typically Monday to Friday, 10:00am - 6:00pm, with flexibility required across evenings, weekends, and peak travel periods. The role will involve occasional attendance at the principal’s residence, with optional use of the office if preferred. Time off in lieu will be provided where additional hours are required.
The successful candidate will provide hands-on day-to-day support across diary management, travel coordination, logistics, personal administration, appointments, wardrobe, and lifestyle management, ensuring everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes. This is a role for someone who is highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable working with shifting priorities, last-minute changes, and frequent travel.
Scope of Role:
- Provide full personal assistant support to a high-profile principal across daily life, travel, and ongoing personal logistics
- Travel with the principal as required, ensuring all movements, bookings, itineraries, and arrangements are managed seamlessly
- Coordinate complex diaries, appointments, reservations, and changing schedules with efficiency and discretion
- Manage international and domestic travel, including flights, accommodation, transfers, luggage coordination, and last-minute amendments
- Oversee personal errands, gifting, wardrobe logistics, shopping, and lifestyle-related tasks as required
- Liaise confidently with household staff, security, drivers, hotels, restaurants, and other external contacts
- Handle confidential and sensitive matters with absolute professionalism
- Act as a calm, solutions-led right hand, ensuring the principal is consistently supported to a high standard
The Ideal Profile:
- Proven experience as a Travelling PA, Personal Assistant, or Private PA supporting a high-profile or UHNW principal
- Prior experience supporting a principal across multiple residences and frequent international travel
- Comfortable operating within a highly mobile lifestyle, including support across London, Los Angeles, and yacht-based travel
- Previous experience as a Chief Stewardess would be highly advantageous
- Highly polished, discreet, and naturally intuitive in approach
- Strong organisational and logistical capability, with exceptional attention to detail
- Confident handling both personal and lifestyle-related support with professionalism and maturity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to remain calm under pressure and solve problems quickly and quietly
- London-based, or able to commute easily to Chelsea, with flexibility for travel
