DAL Electrical Services Ltd is growing — and we’re looking for 3 experienced Electrical Supervisors to join our team.
The Supervisory role — it’s a hands-on/off leadership position where you’ll be out on site, leading teams, ensuring quality, and driving projects forward across water treatment and automotive manufacturing facilities.
The Role
- Leading site teams and subcontractors
- Ensuring compliance with BS 7671 and H&S standards
- Delivering toolbox talks & safety briefings
- Managing documentation via tablet/laptop systems
- Carrying out audits, inspections & compliance checks
- Supporting and developing engineers on-site
Requirements
- 2+ years as an Electrical Supervisor
- Strong industrial experience (water treatment / automotive preferred)
- 18th Edition & NVQ Level 3
- Inspection & Testing (2391-52 or equivalent)
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Comfortable with digital reporting systems
