PMO Integration Lead – Naval Infrastructure Programme (SC Cleared)

Pigment Consulting is supporting a major naval infrastructure transformation programme at one of the UK’s most critical defence bases.
This programme spans a large number of civil infrastructure and capital projects and are seeking an experienced Integration Lead to establish and embed a truly integrated PMO capability, ensuring programmes are aligned, sequenced, and delivered as one.
The Role
You will lead the integration of multiple capital projects across the naval base, working closely with delivery partners, the sponsor team, and the existing PMO.
Your focus will be to:
- Connect programmes end-to-end ensuring interdependencies are understood and actively managed
- Deconflict delivery plans, avoiding clashes across infrastructure, logistics, and access routes
- Establish data flows and information management , creating a single, trusted view of programme activity
- Enable an Integrated PMO by setting the foundations for ongoing coordination and governance
- Drive planning efficiency by ensuring work is sequenced for maximum delivery effectiveness
This role will require an initial intensive mobilisation phase to establish integration, followed by a transition into a more steady-state model supported by the PMO.
You’ll Have
- A proven track record in large-scale capital infrastructure programmes (defence, utilities, transport, or similar)
- Experience establishing or leading Integrated PMOs or programme integration functions
- Strong understanding of programme interdependencies, sequencing, and logistics constraints
- Experience working in multi-supplier, complex stakeholder environments
- Active and transferable SC Clearance
