We’re hiring ambitious graduates to join our Business Development Executive Graduate Scheme in tech sales. This role offers structured training, real responsibility, and a clear progression path to Senior Account Partner (£50k base + commission + company car within 4 years).
What You’ll Do
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build relationships with new and existing customers
- Hold consultative conversations around technology solutions
- Work closely with internal teams to progress deals
- Own and develop your sales pipeline
Who We’re Looking For
- Graduates with a 2:1 degree or above
- Ambitious, commercially minded, and target‑driven
