The Role
As a Protection Adviser, you will play a key role in safeguarding what matters most to our clients. You will utilise your expertise to navigate the protection market, advising on life insurance, critical illness cover (CIC), and income protection (IP).
You will benefit from a consistent and high-quality lead flow, allowing you to focus on delivering advice and converting opportunities rather than sourcing your own business.
Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough fact-finds and needs analysis, identifying suitable protection solutions, and managing applications through to completion with efficiency and care. Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compliant protection advice with a strong focus on accuracy and client outcomes.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, building long-term, trusted client relationships.
- Assess applications in line with insurer criteria and underwriting requirements to ensure smooth progression.
- Work closely with the compliance team to uphold regulatory standards and best practice.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience advising on life insurance, critical illness cover, and income protection.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Professional, articulate communication skills and a genuine commitment to client service.
- A proactive, team-oriented approach with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.

- £30,000 basic salary with uncapped commission structure ((OTE £70k+)
