HR Business Partner - 9 month FTC

£80,000 plus bonus
We are partnering with a high-growth Financial Services organisation to appoint a HR Business Partner on a 9 month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to operate at the heart of a business undergoing transformation - influencing strategy, culture, and organisational performance at scale.
As HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to the Executive Committee, working with commercial teams to align people strategy with business objectives and drive performance and growth.
Strategic Partnering
- Partner with senior leaders to align HR strategy with business priorities
- Drive cultural development to support a high-performance, inclusive environment
Talent & Leadership
- Develop long-term talent strategies to attract, retain, and grow top talent
- Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives
- Build strong talent pipelines in collaboration with specialist HR teams
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as a senior escalation point for complex ER matters
- Drive engagement initiatives and foster a positive employee experience
Performance & Reward
- Support performance frameworks and coach leaders on performance management
- Partner on reward strategy, benchmarking, and incentive design
About You
You are a commercially astute HR leader with proven HR Business Partner experience, partnering with revenue generating client groups.
You’ll bring:
- Proven experience partnering with Executive-level stakeholders
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to build compelling business cases
- Broad HR expertise across talent, ER, performance, and organisational effectiveness
- Significant experience working within a highly regulated environment (Financial Services preferred)
