Orchards is looking for an experienced and ambitious Head of Lettings to lead and strengthen our lettings department.
This is a key senior role within the business. We need someone who can bring together new lets and property management, act as a trusted point of contact for our existing landlords, and help drive growth by meeting and converting new landlord opportunities.
This role would suit someone with a strong background in lettings who is commercially aware, organised, confident with people and able to lead from the front.
Over the past 12 months, Orchards has continued to grow. We have expanded our in-house repairs department and invested in a large refurbished office, creating an excellent working environment with parking and the infrastructure to support future growth.

- Lead and help unify the lettings department across new lets and property management
- Be a main point of contact for current landlords, building strong and lasting relationships
- Attend appointments with prospective landlords and convert new business opportunities
- Support, guide and help develop the lettings team
- Improve communication, structure and consistency across the department
- Ensure high service standards are maintained throughout the landlord and tenant journey
- Work closely with the wider business, including our in-house repairs department, to provide a joined-up service
- Identify opportunities for growth, retention and operational improvement
- Help drive performance, accountability and a positive team culture
- Strong previous experience within residential lettings
- A good understanding of both business generation and property management
- Confident in front of clients and able to win instructions
- Natural leadership qualities and the ability to bring people together
- Well organised, proactive and commercially minded
- Professional, credible and confident communicator
- Able to take ownership and solve problems effectively
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- £35,000 to £55,000 OTE in year one
