They are now looking to appoint a commercially focused Digital Specialist to take ownership of growth marketing performance across both B2C and B2B audiences.
Description
Reporting to the Digital Director, you will be responsible for owning and driving measurable commercial growth across all digital marketing channels. This is a strategic and hands-on role with a focus on both optimisation and experimentation. You will:
- Own marketing contribution to revenue, leads, CAC, LTV, and ROI across B2C and B2B audiences
- Set strategic priorities and allocate budget to maximise commercial return
- Develop and lead a structured testing and experimentation framework across acquisition, conversion, and retention
- Identify growth opportunities using performance data, market insights, and cross-channel analysis
- Oversee and optimise all digital channels including paid media, organic search, content, lifecycle marketing, affiliate and partner marketing, and B2B lead generation
- Translate complex data and insights into actionable plans that improve performance and drive business outcomes
- Shape campaign strategy, including messaging frameworks, brand alignment, and value proposition consistency
- Collaborate with technical, CRM, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Service teams to improve the customer journey and conversion rates
- Lead regular performance reviews, reporting, and data-driven decision-making to ensure marketing activity is closely tied to measurable commercial impact
- Work closely with channel specialists, internal teams, and external partners to deliver high-quality campaigns that align with strategic objectives
- Ensure all marketing initiatives are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with broader commercial priorities
Experience
- Proven experience in growth-focused digital marketing with ownership of commercial performance
- In-house hands-on experience
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to guide investment and optimisation decisions
- Experience managing multi-channel digital acquisition strategies
- Background in experimentation, A/B testing, and conversion optimisation
- Experienced in leading or collaborating with specialists, agencies, or cross-functional teams
- Exposure to both B2C and B2B environments would be ideal!

Remuneration
- £55-65k depending on experience
- Hybrid working (3 days in the office and 2 from home)
