- Minimum 2 years' PQE in Family Law
- Strong experience across broad range of private family law matters
- Good IT and Case Management systems experience
- Confidence in highly client facing role
- Experience of DPS IT Case Management System beneficial but not essential
- Manage caseloads independently, with limited supervision
- Handle matters including divorce, financial disputes, children matters, separation agreements, pre/post nuptial, care proceedings and domestic abuse
