Key Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to placement
- Conducting candidate interviews and assessing suitability for roles
- Developing a strong understanding of the finance and accounting market
- Writing job adverts and marketing roles effectively
- Proactively sourcing candidates through various channels
About You
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Motivated, target-driven, and resilient in a fast-paced environment
- A genuine interest in recruitment and the finance sector
- Background in finance or accounting (desirable but not essential)
- A proactive and professional approach to work
