Milk Education is working with supportive primary and secondary schools across Leeds who are actively looking for graduates with your skill set to work as SEN Teaching Assistants, Behaviour Mentors, and Creative Learning Support Assistants.

Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:30–16:00
Start Date: Flexible start dates
Contract: Week-by-week initially, with long-term opportunities available
Your Role & Responsibilities
- Support pupils with SEN, including SEMH, ASD, ADHD, communication needs, and behavioural challenges
- Work 1:1 or with small groups to build confidence, emotional regulation, and engagement
- Use psychology or drama-based strategies to support communication, behaviour, and self-esteem
- Assist the class teacher in delivering creative, inclusive learning experiences
- Help pupils manage emotions and develop positive routines
- Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils who need consistency and care
- Uphold safeguarding and behaviour policies at all times
