Responsibilities
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you play a key role in supporting the organisation’s growth ambitions. You are responsible for successfully filling a wide range of vacancies.
You enjoy partnering with hiring managers and the local HR team to define the ideal candidate profile, determine the recruitment strategy, and take ownership of the recruitment and selection process from start to finish.
Your Daily Activities
- Continuously searching for top talent through various sourcing channels;
- Acting as a recruitment expert for hiring managers and the local HR team;
- Collaborating closely with hiring managers, local HR and colleagues, advising and supporting them in filling both white-collar and blue-collar positions;
- Managing and planning the full recruitment process and ensuring a smooth execution from intake to hiring;
- Maintaining contact with staffing partners who assist in identifying qualified candidates — although you source a large portion of candidates yourself by actively engaging the market, qualifying, informing and convincing them to consider a career at Bleckmann;
- Contributing to the development of the employer brand and internal recruitment methodologies;
- Reporting weekly to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
Profile
- Several years of professional experience as a recruiter;
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills;
- Strong interest in understanding a candidate’s experience, skills and competencies to make the right match with the organisation and role;
- Experience recruiting across different countries and open to working beyond regional boundaries;
- Hands-on experience managing the full recruitment cycle: conducting job intakes, drafting engaging job descriptions, sourcing and qualifying candidates, presenting candidate profiles to hiring managers, planning and facilitating interviews, and managing the hiring process;
- Motivated by successfully attracting and hiring candidates for Bleckmann and offering them a fitting employment package;
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate and improve your own activities;
- Skilled in using social media and online recruitment — LinkedIn Recruiter experience is a must;
- Experience with Workday is a plus, but not required;
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively to achieve goals, with strong prioritisation skills to maintain focus and effectiveness.
