FinOps Lead – Healthcare
A Global Digital Health Leader based in Burton Upon Trent is currently searching for a FinOps Lead to take ownership of FinOps Strategy, improving cost optimisation of their Azure-based cloud infrastructure as part of a large-scale transformation programme.
The successful applicant will be responsible for working with Senior Leadership to manage cloud costs, developing cost-optimisation strategies, implementing FinOps tooling, ensure financial accountability across technology operations.
Location: Remote with twice a month in Burton Upon Trent or the Paddington office.
Salary: £80,000 to £90,000 + Benefits
To be considered:
- Minimum three years of experience in a FinOps, Cloud Operations, or Cloud Engineering role.
- Proven expertise in optimising Azure infrastructure costs.
- Experience implementing Azure Policy controls for cost governance.
- Ability to forecast cloud spend and produce budget reports.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills, collaborating across Finance, Ops, and Tech.
