What the Role Involves:

Delivering pre-set lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 in the absence of the class teacher
Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment
Supporting students with their learning and encouraging engagement
Working collaboratively with teaching staff to ensure continuity and progress
Gaining experience across a variety of subjects and year groupsWe're Looking For People Who:

Have experience working with young people (e.g. coaching, mentoring, tutoring, or support roles)
Are confident leading a classroom and managing behaviour effectively
Are adaptable, proactive, and organised in their approach
Have strong communication skills and a professional attitude
